Dress Leather

I love leather in secondlife, it’s shiny, sexy and adds an instant bad boy image. It’s for those reasons why it sadly no designers, outside of fetish stores, have explored leather in quite sometime. So I thought I could show a look using leather pants and try to make it as normal as possible.  The other day I was online looking for photos when I came across this picture. It was of a sexy looking guy in leather pants, a dress shirt, tie and vest. So I though to myself “Hmm, I wonder if I can take the same idea and make a look out of it” . I asked my partner to  join me.

Sunny day

I got asked to blog for Culture Shock 2011. Blog Quicky, Another Sacred Skin

About two keeps ago, I did a post for the a Sacred group gift. Well Sacred is at it again with another skin gift. This one being Andrew.

Andrew is a preview of Sacred’s soon to be ginger skin. He comes with a bloody nose so it may not be for everyone.

However, if you want a preview of the ginger skin, or if you don’t mind bloody noses, the fee of 100L$ is way worth the price.

Silver

Yep, I am still doing Luna’s color challenge. Right now I am on Silver.

For this look I channeled my inner Kanye West. It has to do with the glasses. I doubt Mr.West has glasses like these but I feel he would.

He’s a Rebel

I have always oddly been attracted to smokers. I don’t know why, maybe it’s the sucking and blowing thing. But when I see a hot guy with a ciggerette hanging from his lips, it’s over. Like pants off grabbing at the guy over.

Now that I either freaked out out, or turned you on lets get to the blog. Yes It’s one of Luna’s Color challenges. Green this time. In the yellow post remember how I said that in my mind Gingers and Hippies go hand and hand. Well the same thing goes with the color Green.

Wearing Sunshine

I will catch up to Luna’s color challenge. I will. I am now on week six which is Yellow. Currently Luna is on week seventeen so I have eleven more.

For a long long while, I was blonde in secondlife. When I first joined SL, I would wear black or brown hair. The change to blonde came around Winter 2009 when Signature released their Rob Faite skin. With the new release of the Reese skin, I have chosen to go ahead and try being a red head. For some odd reason red hair and hippies go hand in hand in my head.

With that in mind I made a sort of hippie look. I wanted some kind of outdoor place and came across the new Tableau. Tableau was always a pretty sim but this new build is amazing. It remind me of Texas (though I never been)

Sepia, FLF and newness

So, it’s Friday which means it’s FLF. Lucky there are a few great items for the guys. For this look I am using two. The first is the scarf from Trace’s store Theosophy

If you follow my blog, you know I am SLOWLY making my way though Luna’s color challenge, I am on Sepia. I really don’t have anything Sepia but this hoodie is close to the right color.

Golden Rod

Remember Luna’s 52 weeks of color thing? I kinda slacked off. However I am picking up where I left off at week 3, with Golden rod, which is just yellow to me. I don’t remember where I read this, but I remember reading that men have a harder time picking up on the subtle difference between colors. I think that is what got me in the first place.

I want to make a note here that the vest I wore for this look is an old Fifty Linden Friday item from Schadenfreude. Also the spoon necklace is a Project Themory item from Concrete Flowers.

He Shops to Much

It’s FLF time again.  Like most weeks, there aren’t many things for men. But none the less. This is what I came up with.

The scarf in this look is from Miel. While I think it is usable, you can tell it was made for the ladies on how the sculpt fits around the “boobie” area. It kinda puckers out. However, with the 50L price and the eight color options I think it’s worth the buy. And truth be told, you really can’t tell that much
